Ice cream was good but mix-ins were stale or freezer burned? not great when your paying 7-8$ for a lids sized cup.
I never leave reviews but today I had a taste for ice cream and it jogged my memory about this location which stinks because it... is the closest to my house. A few months back I went in to grab an apple with a friend after dinner. He and I were completelyignored by the staff. A young blonde girl saw us standing there and looked straight through us, no one even greeted us and theyweren't even busy. She went out of her way to help the people BEHIND us, we were standing in front of the register and the youngwoman didn't even acknowledge us. At first I assumed it was because we were African American that we were treated this way, butafter reading some of the other reviews, it seems like the staff here is just not the best. The young man who eventually helpedus was ok but the whole experience didn't sit well with me. This was my first time at this location and the last. Read more
went in there one evening at 8pm and were told that the dining room was closed, LOL even though you have to go into the dining... room to order ice cream what a joke, pathetic joke. I'm not interested in paying over $15 for average ice cream when i can'teven sit inside and BTW they close at 9pm so what's the reason the dining area is closed at 8pm? It's simple it's eitherlaziness on the part of the staff, or cheapness on the part of management. and for their staff, not only were they unfriendlyand uninterested but their attitude bordered on rude. Multiple flavors ice cream vendor. All flavors made onsite. You pick your toppings or choose one from a list of their... favorites printed on the wall. Then you watch as staff plays with your choices by mashing it all together in your choice of size/ bowl or cone selection.
