Delivered there 10/19 arrived early prior to receiving dept opening (M-F 0700-1400) plenty of room to park onsite. Woke me up at... 06:55, They let me in early and backed me into the dock, this was my 2nd stop and partial load but the crew had me done andunloaded in 20 minutes. Let me park overnight. Another truck pulled in about 330am. I had half a load. He had full trailer. They started at 6am. ... Started the other guy first then me. When I figured out i wasnt being unloaded anymore. I saw that the dock door was closed.So i waited a bit. Then went knock on door to see if there was an issue with my stuff. Or they forgot about me. It happened atother places before. I rung doorbell. And he got mad. Said he was coming. I need to have patience. I get it. He is busy andsuch. But if you go through what i go through. You would understand that i wasnt trying to rush you. Just making sure i wasntforgotten about. Overall. I like this place. Has a caseys gas station across the street that isnt busy. Man here so rude and unprofessional for costumer service. Idon?t recommend to take load for this location or any restaurant depot location, because they all the same . Because of them Ilost my next load and stuck in Omaha by two days. Never ever take loads here.
