Had an excellent experience at this branch! It was my kid's first experience with Baskin Robins and the gentleman serving ice... cream made it a potent experience. I didn't catch his name but he was taller, irish-colored hair/skin & substantial in density. Thank you for the kindness and professionalism. We'll most definitely be back! Read more
I have never in my life experienced such poor service trying to get ice cream. I felt so rushed and was given a second scoop... that I didn?t even pick. The young girl behind the counter had the biggest attitude and obviously hates her job as it was veryclear. When I tried to give her some feedback she did not want to acknowledge it. I asked to speak to the manager whobasically was there the whole entire time and he backed her up. I left very irritated and noticed I paid for an extra scoop ofice cream that I never picked so I called the store to have them give me an explanation of why? The obnoxious boy rambled onand on and asked me If I was the ?Karen,? who was just there? He tried to egg it on and kept calling me Karen to antagonizeme. This place needs to find better employees because I have never experienced such disrespect and these kids truly should belet go. This particular Baskin Robbins will shut down soon enough if they treat customers this way. They definitely lost mybusiness and I will never step foot in another one again. Apparently, the manager is named ?Sam?? But who knows if he wastelling the truth. I will be calling on Monday morning and will take this to corporate. Read more
Had the open sign OFF at 9:10pm when it closes at 10pm Didn't treat us very nice, and forgot sprinkles. All in all, didn't like... it. Get new closers that are happy to have customers and make money!! P.s ice cream was bomb though ???? Read more
