Holy he*l, this is the best bakery in the world. Wow. TRY THE BUNDT CAKE. The vegan Twix bundt cake was sinfully delicious. I've... had allergies since I was a kid. I've never eaten anything like that in my life. It was life changing. I am so amazed andimpressed by this perfect little bakery. They have vegan options, sugar free keto options and everything is gluten free, makingit a paradise for a sweet lover like myself. I left with probably a dozen things, and everything I have tried so far has beendelectable and delicious. I've been here a few times and really enjoy coming here for non dairy sweets! Pricey but for the ingredients that they put in... it's all worth it especially for your gut health ???? I remember buying some cupcakes from this place when I was stationed at JBLM back in 2015ish. Back then I remember they were... fairly large and they tasted amazing! Fast forward 7 years and I?m back here and was super excited to find out that they hadmoved to an actual store. I finally got the chance today to stop by and ended up buying half dozen. For $5 each, they arepretty small, but that wasn?t a dealbreaker for me, just not how I remembered them. The dealbreaker was that they were allundercooked. After bringing them home, my bf said his red velvet literally tasted like batter when I asked him how they were. So I decided to try an apple cheesecake? (can?t remember) and it didn?t taste like batter, but the texture did seem on the rawside. I figured it was probably just the filling. So later on I tried the strawberry cheesecake and that one hands downabsolutely tasted like batter. Very grainy and undeniably raw. So I decided to inspect the rest and sure enough, they?re allundercooked. I had to throw the rest away. Such a waste of money. Read more
