I?ve come here for years and the baristas are always friendly, even though they all make my drink differently (not bad but it?s... never the same texture between them all). My biggest reason for the lower rating is the fact there is 1 barista in the morning!I typically come around 7a and it?s always busy, especially on Fridays. Depending on the barista, they get through the line at adecent pace but never on Fridays (it?s insane those days and the barista can?t keep up). Today I waited over 15 minutes by thetime I got in line and then my order. I feel so bad for the baristas because they are all alone and don?t have any help until7:30a. They need another barista before 7a in order to provide better service and have more help! Read more

Nice people, prices are outstanding! Unfortunately the drinks weren't great. Hubby ordered white chocolate mocha I ordered... regular chocolate mocha. His was gritty not mixed completely. I got white chocolate, but orderer regular. I guess because shedidn't want ask a 3rd time? ??????? guys & gals? I'm more impressed and inclined to TIP better if my drink is on point. Don't bafraid to ASK & Don't be afraid to write it down to get my drink correct. When service is friendly, fast & what I ordered THAT'Swhat matters.
