I believe giving credit where credit is due. So I go to Starbucks everyday after work, an today my drink was just missing an... ingredient so I went back to see if they could just add the ingredient. And instead they made me a whole new drink an gave me agift card and said "thank you for giving us the chance to fix it" and then I dropped the new drink they had JUST finished makingme.????
