Ordered thru their app at 10pm. Google says store is open until 1am. They canceled my order after charging me. Now I gotta wait... 5 days or more for refund. Beware they close much earlier than the app or Google says. Plus when they do they are very rudeabout it. Read more
I placed an order at 8:28pm. It?s now 8:27pm and I am not sure where my food is at. I was charged for my order, the store which... happens to be on Main St. in the city of Santa Ana isn?t answering their phone. While I understand that it?s a weekend and theymay be busy but can you please update the tracker or let your customers know you?re having technical difficulties. It has been a while since we ate dominos, so we decided to give it a shot after a birthday party. We ordered 3 pizzas and wings.... It actually was fairly decent! Unfortunately hours later in the middle of the night, almost all of us got food poisoning. It wasquite bad and lasted several days. We had to throw away our leftovers and i called dominos to explain what happened but theircustomer service is terrible. I saw others left similar comments. I called 4 or 5 times over a week and never got resolution. IfI even got an answer, I was told that I needed to talk to a supervisor. It appears supervisors don?t work there because theywere never present and only called me back once but told me they didn?t have the authority to help.
