They mess up my order every time
I was contacted back on my regarding my order from Jersey Mike's in Ladera. They made everything right and I will be picking up... my order tomorrow. Now that is Excellent Customer Service ???????????? Ordered online for tomorrow Sunday. Realized it wasscheduled for pick up today in 40 minutes. Tried calling the location.. rang for ever then went to a busy signal. Tried callingback for 30 minutes but each time went directly to busy. Such bad customer service. I did not pick up my order. Will contactcorporate to see if I can get a refund on my order. Read more
