This location takes way too long over 30 minutes to get a sandwich I believe in being busy but oh my.....Dr.cool
The sandwiches here are great. The service is not. I placed an order on-line on Friday Sept 23rd, and there was an hour wait.... No problem, I don?t mind waiting because again, the sandwiches are great. I show up a few minutes after my pickup time and waitin the pickup area. None of the staff members working acknowledge anyone in the online pick up area. After about 5 mins ofstanding, I am able to get the attention of a staff member and I let them know that I was there to pick up an order. They snapback at me, ?if you couldn?t tell, there?s a line in-store and we?re short staffed so you need to wait? the thing is, I had beenwaiting, an hour and fifteen minutes at this point. I had no idea they were short staffed - I just placed an orderon-line. After they got through the line in store, they began working on all of the on-line orders. There had to have been 20of them piled up and more stuck in the printer. No first in, first out process. Just all the orders jumbled together. Ireceived my order an hour and a half after ordering. I suggest they disable online orders since they?re short staffed and don?thave a process to handle both in-store and on-line orders. Read more

Veterans Day was busy but I felt very taking care of by Byron and his team. He made sure all 12 of my sandwiches were sliced... just the way I asked. My family can be complicated sometimes and he didn?t bat an eye or get upset which we run into a lot thesedays.
