Recently Pizza Hut decided to start charging a service fee vs just raising prices. The joy of it is you don?t find out about it... until you pay for your order. To be honest, Pizza Hut pizza is not that great and with all the other choices for pizza that arereasonably priced with no service fees. Why go to Pizza Hut. Dominos pizza is basically the same quality and cost a littleless with no service fee. I highly recommend we all put a stop to these type of fees by refusing to order from them and tellingthem via surveys or whatever we as consumers won?t put up with service fees when ordering from restaurants like Pizza Hut. Our pizza was delivered burnt. We tried calling the store several times only to be either put on hold or hung up on by the... employees who didn't want to fix the situation. We have asked for a refund, but I can almost guarantee they're going to try andoffer store credit. I will never order from this location again. This isn't the first bad experience we have had from thislocation in Ladera Ranch. Read more

The group running this location gets out fast (relative to demand, obviously) with hot food, which makes all the difference in... delivery pizza. It?s a wonderful indulgence every time, and that only happens when people working jobs they probably don?t lovenevertheless put in the thankless work of making and delivering good food for total strangers.
