This doesn?t have to do with the food primarily but more of a medical episode my father had today. The staff and the people... inside Firehouse were very accommodating and went above and beyond the call of duty. I don?t even know the employees names butthey know who they are and I am eternally grateful for the response and teamwork to get my father stable. Cannot put into wordshow thankful our family is and you all should be commended for having a great staff. If Firehouse corporate reads these commentsgive all the folks here raise or a bonus they deserve that. Having said that I did end up eating my meatball sub and it tastedbomb. Read more

I arrived around 6:30-7:00. Not very busy. Two people in front of us. Ordered their special 2 meatball subs for my wife and I.... After waiting 21 minutes, we get our subs. Hers was perfect. Mine was still refrigerated cold. They did offer to make another. Ididn't want to wait another twenty minutes for another sub.
