This is a filthy restaurant. I've been here on multiple occasions since 2018 and the service i've received has always been... disappointing. The employees here lack of work ethic, hygiene, and professionalism. This is 2022. Why is there no indoor dining?I wouldn't want to come back to this health hazard of a place anyways! I ordered an egg white bagel and a cold brew with lightice. It took 10 minutes for the bagel and 20 minutes for the cold brew. The employee with dreads messed up my cold brew and hada childish demeanor. The filth and unprofessionalism of this location is unacceptable and reminiscent of a third worldcountry. See attached photos of their "employee's only" area and you'll see the grime buildup in the kitchen. The toilet in thebathroom did not flush as well. Read more
The kids that work there need to be trained in customer service. Only been there twice and both times it was obvious that they... have little regard for guests; borderline rude in the way they talk to people and just carry themselves in general. One workerliterally walked right in front of me, almost running into me, as if I wasn't even there. No acknowledgement of the situation,then almost backed into me again. Wrong order again. Paid for extra lox didn't get it. Not worth the money and "oh, sorry" response from Noah's.
