Dealt with Karen, the manager. They couldn't deliver an order for whatever reason and she called me, seeming pretty rude on... edge. (Was swearing, saying oh my God, obviously not happy) and got defensive when I explained the order was charged to my cardand just wanted to verify if I've been refunded.
