We’ve been to this place many times as a family and we were excited to try their newly renovated place and new menu! For... food, I highly recommend the crispy tofu wrap and honey cured pork tenderloin! I was also surprised how good the chilled housewhite wine was. On the other hand, I found my wings a bit too vinegary for my taste. However, my husband loved them so much hefinished the rest. He and my daughter also really enjoyed the pork ribs. As for the service, all the staff here are alwayswelcoming and helpful. We had the same server this time, Jenna, and she was as wonderful as before. Lastly, I liked that theyseparated the booth area from the bar area. It added a more warm and inviting feel to the restaurant. We can’t wait to go backand try more new menu items along with our all-time favorite, brussels sprouts! Read more
Innovative, unique, interesting, and surprising. This restaurant takes somewhat familiar items and turns them into something... totally new. A great setup, I think anyone would benefit from getting a meal here. Highly recommended! Read more
Absolutely amazing lunch today! I always forget how delish this place is. The hubby and I felt we got the value for our money as... well and had plenty of leftovers. The mushroom poutine is outstanding! The grilled cheese was amazing too; that bread is whereit's out! Everything we had today was above and beyond (wedge salad, brisket sandwich, and salmon bruschetta as well), and hadgreat quality ingredients. The staff was amazing, as well. Our waitress, along with management that was there, were top notchand took great care of us. I truly enjoy the ambiance of the place as well and it was all extremely clean. Ever-changing menu of inspired dinner fare, locally sourced ingredients, genuine care for local causes and people. And darn... delicious. The manager learned about the food allergies at our table and worked with the kitchen to ensure our peace of mind.From smoked salmon toast to tater tot pie, hand-crafted parppadelle and cauliflower gnocchi to veggie entrees that made uscarnivores think twice, then order TWO plates of succulent ribs. (We'll go vegan next time, plenty for everyone at Community).Our favorite place on Public Road for a treat for the entire family. Can't wait to return!! Read more

Community (Supper Club) has always been an interesting addition to the Lafayette restaurant scene (ha, I know). The food is... delicious, fresh, and local and the drinks are really tasty but I can’t help but crave a little more… consistency. I getthat the menu rotates and what’s in season changes every few months, but it seems like even favorites like the Brusselssprouts are different every time. Even the name of the restaurant itself can’t escape the allure of reinvention. However,change isn’t always a bad thing. I love exploring a refreshed menu and being surprised by something I’ve never tried before.I just wish there were a few more tried-and-true favorites (cough, Brussels sprouts) that were reliably consistent. That’swhat makes community, right? Consistency? Here’s an idea: if the menu changes regularly, bring the community into theprocess: host a menu tasting night where members can provide feedback, or solicit a family recipe and stamp their name next to amenu item. Charge a membership fee and make it a real club that builds community! Ok fine, 5 stars… I’m just eager to seewhere Community goes next, but more honestly where it decides to stay the same. Read more
