I just left this location and the night manager "lady" was very rude. They messed up my order in the drive thru and she made me... go back through the drive thru to get my food because "other people were behind me." Its not my fault the order taker didn't getmy order right, and as the "manager" you should be able to fix that in the window- "I don't know what to tell you ma'am" is alame excuse for your customers. How about taking care of the customer in front of you before you worry who's in line next. Alsotell the girl in the 1st window... a gold dollar coin is real money....and why can't you add oreos to my frappe??? Is it reallythat hard??? Every other mcds does it when I ask, but you sure charged me 6 dollars for a small frappe.... we ordered alarge...they still messed up the order. I also didn't get our 3rd drink. If you're gonna be rude, at least be right. I can'tstand rude fast food employees. You work at McDonald's ma'am its not that serious. Read more
This McDonald's has improved since the last time I visited. The time it took between placing my order at the kiosk and getting... the food at the table was minutes, during peak business hours. The restaurant is clean, as are the restrooms. I would nothesitate to recommend this location! Read more
