I find the staff at this store to be unfriendly, uninviting. First thing the young lady said to me was "have you been here... before" with a sullen face. No greeting, no "hello", no "welcome Mod". No "thank you". Makes me think that there is nomanagement involved. This happened tonight, but has happened on at least 7-8 occasions. I usually drive a few miles to the Modin Louisville on McCaslin which is a joyful experience. But sometimes I don't have to time so I try this on out on Lafayette. No more. I'll now drive to the other friendlier store. Read more
