Stopped in this shop while visiting Colorado. Cafe layout was clean and inviting. Lots of seating options. Loved the iced... salted caramel latte with oat milk that I ordered. It was delicious! Baristas there were fast and friendly. Even got to meetthe owners! They were great too! I would highly recommend. Read more
I asked the barrista about the ingredients and he read me a description of the drink. I literally asked if there?s agave in a... drink, and it was the most evasive answer I?ve ever had. Agave goes straight to your liver and contributes to fatty liverdisease because it?s a whopping 90% fructose as opposed to high fructose corn syrup which is a mild 55%. Yay!! So excited to have this awesome coffee stop in Lafayette! Gluten free breakfast sandwich and a coffee blender... My kind... of Saturday morning! Locally family owned.
