It was closed and no sign to the reason why there were no cakes in the freezer and also the West Lafayette was the same they... were closed what is going on I wanted to get my birthday cake before my birthday because next weekend I'll be busy and not ableto grab a ice cream cake if you can't have consistent hours that you're open please tell people about it put a sign post it onyour Facebook page Read more
Business is always closed. Never know when they will be open. The few times we did catch them open, service was awful and they... don't mix toppings in like other Coldstones do. Just fold the ice cream and dump in cup with it running down the sides. The PinkWalrus just down from them is much better. Friendly staff, nice environment, and make like you want it. Read more
so a few issues with this evening visit. 1st being a manager from past job I didn't see management or the skills there. 2nd when... working only 2 ppl less tlk and more work you get more accomplished so waiting from start to finish for maybe 20 mins the least3 ppl walked out due to the waiting. 3rd being sanitary is a big must in places like this. lets use some gloves for and wipestuff down as well as you never knlw if someone has an allergy so lets wash hands to after messing with high allergen priducts.also don't go touching ur face or clothes etc and then go back to making ppls dishes and what not. also I didn't see a sign thatsaid no waffle cones due to what ever issue yet seems they are made in house but they haven't had any in like 3 months odd to methough. so hard pass and won't be returning for sure.
