Horrible customer service and very rude employees !!!! I went to the facility around 8:45pm saw the chairs were on top of the... table thinking they were maybe closed . The sign on the door didn?t have what time the store closed on Saturday. So I asked theemployee if they were open they told me yes . I walked up to the ice cream part of the store the employee asked me what I wantedand told her . She mention to me after she put the ice cream in the cups she couldn?t mix it . I am like ok ??that?s fine justput the toppings in another cup . She handed me the 3 cups , I then asked for lids to cover she ignored me . She went straightto the register to check out. I then told her I wanted cookies she sighed out loud told me the total I paid her . She thenpreceded to get the cookies with the blue gloves . I asked her why did you grab the gloves knowing the gloves are used forcleaning . Her response I didn?t clean anything . So I asked again for the lids . She told me she couldn?t find them and gave methe lids that goes on a drink to put over my ice cream cups knowing that it doesn?t fit properly . I asked another girl who hadblue gloves that was mopping who was the manger she said her . So I asked do you all normally grab cookies with blue gloves toget cookies she told me yes because they saved everything since they were closing . I normally love coming here to get ice creamfor me and my husband because of the great customer but tonight it seemed like I disturb them since they started to clean upearly . It?s one thing to start picking up early but if the business doesn?t close until 9 you shouldn?t get mad at the customerfor wanting to purchase goods . The service at this location was terrible. I went today with my grandchildren and my daughter. Before I was finished ordering... the workers proceeded in waiting on customers behind me and fulfilling their order before completing mine. Five customer'sorders were completed before mine and then I had a hard time getting one of the workers to check me out. When I spoke to theassistant General manager, she insulted me by stating she wasn't in a position to give products away. I told her all I wantedwas good service, nothing free.
