Not good! Drive thru and wait time was long. I got a bacon biscuit that had maybe half slice of bacon. Also, had discount... card and got no Discount. UNREAL!!!! Thought I'd give it another shot! I used a coupon on the app for a free sandwich. When I arrived I sat in the car for 20mins for curbside pickup so I went in and... was told they were told by the manager to not make the order only because I didn't pay for any other items. The app coupon didnot say free with purchase. I offered to pay cash for fries and was still turned away. Bad customer service and I will not bedining at bojangles after this experience. Ok not a huge fan of chicken so a review from me wouldn't be exactly fair. So I asked my nephew who would eat chicken EVERY meal... lol. He loves Bojangles chicken he said it is very crispy with a hint of a kick. He said the atmosphere needs to change but he'snot a decorator. They need to do something about their potatoes and gravy they are kind of bland. But he would TRAVEL forBojangles. Read more
Food was cold. Husband waited on his food for 15 mins. It was done just no Workers no where to be found. No wonder we were the... only ones in there. Very poor service. We wont be back. Looks like other wont be back either since place was empty. Read more
