The girl was rude and cussed as I was ordering because they were near closing but it's the principal of having a good attitude,... my order was full of raw lettuce, tomato and I just fill like it could've been better. I wish these people would get jobs theyare better in then taking anything to get by it's effecting their true person and skills. Went to the store this morning (6/1/2022) and ordered the Cheesy bacon, egg, and cheese melt. Well it had 2 pieces of cold texas... toast, the cheese wasn't melted and the sandwich was cold! I took the sandwich back in the store and showed it to the managerand the cashier -- the manager asked me "what do you want to do?" I told her I wanted a hot sandwich as shown in the photobecause the bread is toasted in the picture BK advertise and a "MELT" sandwich is always hot! Then proceeded to tell me that thebread was toasted - I asked her to show me how white bread is toasted; then I asked for my money back!! The cashier came up andasked what was going on -- the manager had the audacity to tell her "She wants the sandwich to look just like the picture"?? Ithought that was so rude and disrespectful -- I didn't think to take a picture of the sandwich before I returned it, BUT BUYERSBEWARE IF YOU ORDER A CHEESY MELT SANDWICH AND THE BREAD IS NOT TOASTED AND THE CHEESE ID NOT MELTED -- IT'S NOT A CHEESY MELT!!I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THAT STORE AGAIN!! THE MANAGER NEEDS PEOPLE TRAINING AND THE STAFF NEEDS TRAINING ON PREPARING THEFOOD!!! HOW CAN YOU ADVERTISE A "HOT CHEESY MELT SANDWICH AND IT COME BACK COLD WHITE BREAD AND COLD CHEESE?? PLUS THE SANDWICHCOST $4.05 ($3.79 + TAX)!! I wish I could give 0 stars. I came here tonight and ordered $14 and some odd cents worth of food. Customer service was... horrible, wait time horrible, and employees clueless. Got up to the food window was still waiting!! Young boy handed us the foodbag after waiting A while and didn?t receive drinks and I asked my friend where are the drinks and we are still waiting then youhere A employee in the back ground yell don?t forget their drinks and we finally get them. We pull in A space to eat and thefries weren?t hot they were cold and greasy!!! I took them back in there and Manger or shift leader didn?t say I?m sorry ornothing just yells I need fries down now!! It wasn?t even any great fries up there ready!! Poor management and staff!!! Sadexcuse for A restaurant!!! I got back to the car and my friend says their Sandwich is messy and running.. I checked mine and thesame the thing mine fell all over my shirt, pants, and the seat in my car. We won?t be returning and I want A full refund..
