Really disappointed in this dominos. They have gone down hill over the years. Corporate needs to come in and do an over haul.... The tracker is wrong and does not reflect the time right. Tracker said my order was ready and it was in reality still in theoven. The csr acted like she didn?t really care. Will not be back. They definitely need to get it together. Read more
Went to get a pizza 1 person working. Pizza wasn't even in the rack to keep it warm. Went in to pay and the person workings... kids were hanging out in the store and the employee wasn't even in the building. Was out back behind the store doingwhatever. Pizza was cold. I'd give 0 stars if I could. I have had HORRIBLE service here over and over. This takes the cake. The pasta was overcooked and... didn't even cover the bottom of the dish. Pitiful. Read more
I ordered a well done pizza and got a a very light pizza instead. They over cooked my cheese sauce so much it was a hard mass in... the bottom of the pan. I?ve never had a ?dip? you have to scrape off the bottom of a pan with a spoon to put it on the bread itcame with to ?dip? in it. In summary if you want pizza for your family or even in Lagrange save yourself some hassle and go tothe papa John in the same shopping center. Read more
Was lied to by manager (Jessica?). Ordered online for carside pickup. Got there early. Waited for two cars to leave that was... ahead of me. The manager was freed up as no customers were being waited on. I waited another few minutes then walked in. I don'thave a problem with going in to get my order. But when I get inside the same manager was speaking on her personal phone. Iwaited a few minutes for help. No problem. I pointed out that someone stopped the online tracker and updated that pizza wasbrought out. (had to be her). She said she would issue a credit to my account. Today I go in store to order and was told nocredit is on my account. I explained to on duty manager the situation and the lies that were told to no avail. I will now go upthe chain to let them K ow the type of managers they have. I'm an easy going guy but believe in honesty and integrity. Finally learned my lesson tonight with this dominos. I picked up at the store once the app said it was ready but still had to... wait for my cheese bread. They seemed to be struggling and very disorganized but it was definitely not for a lack of personnel,being that there were 6 people I could see there working. When I got home I found my pizza in this condition and tried to callthe store, they finally answered and when I asked for the manager I was hung up on. I drove back to the store and spoke withstore manager who did refund me but didn?t offer even as much as an apology. Terrible Read more
This will sadly be the last time we use this location. After several bad experiences, today we received ?32 garlic knots?... without the garlic sauce.. so it was just bread and we received 16 instead of 32. Also, when we went inside to pick it up theworker was taking a dip out of his mouth. Read more
UPDATE: The pizza was remade. Its burnt, not cut, and has sauce oozing out from the cheese. My stomach can not tolerate a lot of... sauce from Domino's. Which is why I order LIGHT sauce. The pizza also doesn't have extra cheese. Never ordering from here again.We used to order weekly. This place and its workers are garbage quality. Would you like some pizza with your crust? I orderedmed, light sauce, extra cheese, mushroom pizza. My pizza had 2 inches of pizza per slice and the rest was crust. It also didnot have extra cheese. This location messes up our order 50% of the time and we order frequently. I always order light sauce,,extra cheese, and mushrooms. Usually when they mess up i don't call and complain. I just deal with it, but this time wasridiculous. Where is the cheese and toppings? The only reason I'm not giving 1 star is because when they get your order right,its good. Read more
