My wife and I?s pizzas were both great. However, we both paid extra for additional toppings that didn?t make it on our pizzas... which was a bummer. Read more
Great pizza place. The pizza and service are on point. Also a really good salad. I can see why some do not like it though. This... is not the best place to order take out pizza, It?s not going to travel well. The nature of boxed hot pizza and a cracker thincrust are that it?s going to get soggy when boxed. Hot pizza and toppings release steam and some toppings carry more water thenothers. They have potential to get soggy when boxed. If you want a crazy good pizza, eat it right out of oven inside or out onthe sidewalk seating area. Theses are basically personal pizzas and are amazing when ate right out of their incredibly hot ovencooking pizzas in a couple minutes. This is my kids favorite pizza place in Laguna as well as mine. Great spot in Laguna for a personal pizza. I love pizza and am not easily won over but the quality ingredients, hot oven and... attention to crafting personal pizza's is spot on at Slice. We were walking back to our car to make the drive back to the South Bay and we pass Slice. Well lit rustic interior and people... eating pizza and salads. We actually walked passed and I ask you want pizza. He says I don?t want to eat it here. I say willeach have a slice and drive back. It?s pizza it will keep! My husband orders just cheese I ordered the stockpile with baconand sausage to go with the pineapple, prosciutto, arugula, Parmesan Reggiano and mozzarella. We have to wait for the pizzas tobe made and baked and I see something that looks like chocolate pudding with whipped cream on top. Since we had to wait we haddessert first. The chocolate budinos was rich and very chocolaty and did not last long while we waited in the outdoor seatingfor our pizzas. Our pizzas were brought out to us. We finished our walk to the car and each had a slice. I could have kepteating but I was the driver this trip. We had another Slice when we got home. Still good and yummy. We will go back.
