The female employee with the hair wrap has a horrible attitude whose hatred for her job and customers is blatantly obvious. She... does absolutely nothing to hide it, is aggressive with her voice and body language, and will glare into your eyes when you speak(even if you are answering a question). We used to make a habit to take a nice drive from Laguna woods to this location , have a yogurt and enjoy the day for a moment.... We have met the owner twice , very nice caring person that invested a great deal to open this place . Lately , sometimes we seethe place being run by young high school that simply don?t give a care . Not all of them but a couple. Last night were werethere and the place was filthy . Floors were awful and we simple loss our apetite . The week before , there were 3-4 studentfriends gathering in the córner playing loud wild music.
