I love the idea of Firehouse Subs donating to first responders. The sandwiches are great - far better quality meats and bread... than Subway or Jersey Mikes. That being said - the service and attitude of those minimum wage workers is horrible. This is thesecond time we got our order home and there were no pickles. That really ticked me off. I called the store to ask if pickleswere supposed to come with the sandwiches, or if you had to ask for them. I was told by the boy with the attitude "well, ya,they're supposed to come with them." I told him we didn't get ours - and this was the second time this has happed. His excusewas, well it could happen if we were getting ready to close. It was 7:15!!! Aside from the whole ?Torro? situation in the spelling of this store location, it was a delight to eat here. Somehow they were... the fastest Firehouse subs I?ve ever been to, and I?ve been to like probably over 8 different locations across the country. Ourservers were also nice, which is unusual at any restaurant in California. Read more
Charming little sandwich shop and the cheese brisket sandwich was good. The staff was quick to make the sandwich and it was well... presented. Though I wish they would pack more meat in it as I felt like it was a more bread to meat ratio. I'll come again totry another sandwich next time around. Read more
