Beautiful view on patio of McDonald's! It was busy, but well worth going to.
I am leaving this one star review bc I've been standing in line for 15 mins and no one helped me u order. After a while a lady... standing by my side asked if we were getting helped soon and the man behind the register said he was going to be too busy totake our orders. Now I can understand if a business is busy and there is a wait but I also felt like we should have heard fromsomeone that we were waisting our time standing in line. Unfortunately I did not have as much time to wait bc I was on breakfrom work trying to get se lunch, and had to walk out when I realized I would not get service at this place in time. Lots of tourists come to visit this beautiful area. Unfortunately, McDonald's in Arrowhead village is the worst I've seen. ... Service was terrible, all trash bins are overflowing with trash, very dirty floors and the bathroom was filthy. There was nonapkins at the table so I went to the front to ask for some napkins. No employees at the front. I kept calling, "excuses me".."hello" .. no answer! I can hear them laughing and talking in the back. I leaned over the counter and grabbed some napkins andleft. This is a poor kept covid19 regulations facility.. what a shame McDonald's!! Read more
My kids had a great time at this location. There are a lot of shops , restaurants. The kids had fun feeding the ducks . I would... of gave 5 ? But the restaurant floor was pretty dirty . There was food under most of the tables. Read more

Came here in 2021 and it was a bit busy but peaceful. They have outside balcony and great views to relax and look at the lake.... Warm weather and beautiful view. Did order at the kiosk so not much dealing with the staff, they were friendly. Hard to findparking in the complex. Otherwise, everything was great. Come here with a wonderful attitude, no complaints.
