You cannot go wrong with Benihana and fresh food! I had the teriyaki steak and shrimp and it was excellent. Service was a little... slow, seemed short staffed but food was outstanding and the chef put on a great show. Read more

I highly recommend this establishment based on my experience. Our food was excellent, and the service was top notch. Our chef,... Nate went above and beyond for our 12-person party, and did an exceptional job. Read more

Initially, we were confused because we booked online and hadn't realised that the restaurant was inside a Hilton hotel. Upon... arrival we waited to be seated and, again were slightly confused because we couldn't see the dining area and had to double checkthat it was the teppanyaki experience we expected. Once we were shown through to the dining area it became clear that we weren'tgoing to be disappointed. Our table had a view of several other tables and their grills, explosions of fire, steam, and applausewere all around us. As this was our first experience of teppanyaki dining it was exciting and engaging for our whole family. Thefood was cooked to perfection, delishious, and, given the showmanship and attentive service, we felt, well priced. A hilight ofour holiday. P.s. Parking is validated by the restaurant. Read more

If you are coming here you are doing so for the dinner and the show. If not you are overpaying for the experience. The show is... controlled by how good your chef is but can be quite entertaining as you eat your meal. Something to keep in mind, if you havea smaller group, you will likely be seated with others. This can be uncomfortable for some as we are still trying to get pastcovid. I think it adds to the experience as you can meet some new people and interact. The meal includes multiple courses. You have a soup and a salad. A rice or fried rice. Vegetables. Then your meats or tofu. The chef will ask about allergyrestrictions at the beginning. Read more

More like Beni Ho Hum. Look, The food was excellent. The fried rice, grilled vegetables, steak. However our waitress... was a bit of a dud. She served wine when the requested beverage was San Pellegrino. And then she came back with Perrier ina bottle and a small plastic container of limes no glass. Apparently she gets confused between a Corona and sparkling water And she did not know the menu so when asked questions by the patrons at the table is she was unable to answer. Our chef didn'tdo the usual show while preparing the meal. Meanwhile the chef and the waitress at a nearby table were fantastic and dideverything they was supposed to. The chef at that table was Bruce so you may want to ask for him if you go So it comes downto who was your server and who was your chef. The interior is also quite old and needs a remodel. And maintenance there wereflickering lights. There are plenty of other Japanese hibachi restaurants nearby such as Kobe on 192 in Kissimmee. Read more
