I am very disappointed with the service I received at Cadillac restaurant in lake Charles at Golden Nugget.. My husband ... ordered a Cadillac burrito as he was eating he noticed a piece of hair in it, he called the manager Leanne over very rudely sheyelled comps, or money back. Instead of stating I’m sorry for the inconvenience let me make you another plate. This ladyLeanne had the audacity to go back and forth with a patron due to their lack of competency in the kitchen, upset with the guestbecause we found hair in our food. Then proceeded to say to me I’m blowing it out of portion. Excuse me he found a long pieceof hair in his birthday meal. The NERVES! . She was unprofessional and lacked customer service skills! When you have customerspatronizing a restaurant and spending money I expect better customer service.
