Firstly, I need to put that the temperature outside the night I am talking about was 42 degrees. I called to ask the hours and... was told they closed at midnight. I had to walk to the location (took me all of 3 min), because my car was broken down. I getthere and the lobby doors were unlocked (it was 10:05) so I went it and up to the counter. I was then told but an extremely RUDEpink haired girl, that the lobby was closed (then LOCK THE DOOR dummy) and that their servers had been down for a while and wereunable to take my order!!! So why wasn't I informed of that issue when I called??? Because the employees at this location arelazy., that's why!!! And I have been to this location many many times because it is so close to my home, but I will NEVER darkenthe door of this pathetic establishment. I Deliver with DoorDash and everytime I come to this location there?s an issue. One night I saw someone inside but they just... weren?t taking orders. The doors were locked and they weren?t responding to the drive through even when I knocked on the window.Today I stood in the lobby for 10 minutes with no help until a lady came out and told me and someone else that the lobby isclosed and we had to go through the drive through.
