I?ve always ordered on the app and never had an issue but decided to stop for lunch and order over the counter. I always order a... turkey with provolone but they were out of turkey. I told the employee I wanted a turkey with provolone but sub the chicken. Shetold me that she understood what I was saying after I?ve told her three times already. She took my order down for a chickenPhilly and I got a chicken Philly which was not what I asked for. She told me there was an up charge even though the prices forthe sandwiches were the same! I don?t understand how they just couldn?t put the shredded chicken onto the bread and added thecold toppings which was what I wanted.
