This was the worst customer service experience that I have experienced in quite some time. The manager, from what I believe, ... served my food through the drive-thru window, a tall hefty gentleman with a beard. His demeanor and politeness left much to bedesired. The worst part was, he didn't give me change since I paid with cash. He just walked away and closed the window with nointention of returning until the next order. Side note: the food was good.
