The customer service is always great and normally the food as well but recently not so much. My last 2 experiences have not been... the best. I always go for the apple pies. Recently I received some not so fresh apple pies but I didn't make a big deal. Thislast time I specifically asked did they have any apple pies. I was told only 3 but I wanted 5 and fresh. I was told it would bea 13min. Wait and I responded "That's fine, I'll wait" and I did. Only to get 3 bad apple pies and 2 hot and fresh ones. The 3were hard on the outside, there was barely any inside filling bc it was dried and gummy. Once I realized it I called back over15mins of calling but no answer so I went back only to be told the pies were fresh and they had given out the 3 older ones to acar before me. They stated they couldn't exchange for all 3 but only the 1 they could see even with the receipt. I'm verydisappointed bc I have a McDonald's closer to my house but I prefer this 1 bc of the customer service, quality of the food andprices. The door was also locked before 8pm so I couldn't go in. HORRIBLE place that locks the doors way too early at night and turns customers away, saying that the inside is closed at 8:00... PM, when we know EXACTLY WHY they lock the doors!! It's because they don't want to deal with customers and have to do the extrawork, so they want to lock the doors and make everyone go through the drive thru only! They're supposed to have the inside OPENUNTIL 10:00 PM!!! The night staff does this all the time, causing the owner to LOSE A LOT OF MONEY!!! We stopped by at 8:50 PMon 07/18/2022 and walked up to the door, it was LOCKED, and 3 other vehicles were pulling into parking spots to go inside too,but they were also denied, as we knocked on the door to see employees telling us that the inside was closed AGAIN, just like anyother night! This McDonald's is LOSING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS BECAUSE OF THE LAZY EMPLOYEES WHO DON'T WANT THE EXTRA WORK!!! I BETTHEY WANT THAT PAYCHECK ON TIME THOUGH!! This McDonald place is worst place never seen. The manager name ED is terrible to handle customers. I went there and order one... item from McDonald app and went to Window they charge me again. Total charged twice but only one item I received. Few days laternotice that my card was charge twice and went there and wait for 30 minutes and this manager not willing to talk with me.
