I am a frequent flyer with Starbucks and sadly today was Very disappointing. I placed an order through the mobile app,... anticipating walking in to grab my order, and leave on my way. When I approached the door, there was a hand written noteinforming that I needed to go through the ? Drive- thru to pick-up my mobile order?. The drive-thru had 12 cars waiting coffeeahead of us. While waiting I notice another customer, presumably wanting their mobile order, standing at the locked door,clearly frustrated/mad, and then the door opens and she is handed her coffee. When asked at the drive-thru window, the baristalied about other customers receiving their orders. Highly disappointed. The option for mobile should have been disabled if itwas not an option.
