Chef Rachel and her team were absolutely patient, kind courteous and professional from beginning to end. I reached out to her... to cater a hospital event we we?re having for Doctors Day. Let me just say the food was AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS!! I ordered salmon,chicken and Alfredo pasta, salad, brussels sprouts, mashed potatoes and shrimp cocktail.The food was seasoned well and full offlavor. Chef Rachel and the Jazzy Flamingo team were so great to work with and the food was delicious. I hired the team for a small... family function and my family would not stop talking about how delicious the food is. Oxtails, shrimp, and corn were on point!We enjoyed the leftovers for days afterwards too. But the best part of it all was her positive energy.
