9-11-22 evening. Went inside for the first time ever because it was raining so hard. Bathrooms were disgusting. Staff ignored me... at the counter then finally an older Hispanic gentlemen approached not saying a word. Once my order was placed he walked away toprepare something on the grill then came back and gave me my receipt. Never saying thank you. He went to the grill preparingquesadillas using his bare hands!!!!!! NO GLOVES! And was going back and forth to operate the registers. Thankfully the womanwho made my food had on gloves and a mask so I felt safe but still my stomach was upset and I could barely eat knowing someoneworks there that?s so rude and unprofessional. Carne Asada Fries and Chocolate Shakes takes me over an hour to finish eating...with they had free refills on shakes but they're... the better shakes out there and they make large ones as well. Stupidest thing I hear Drive Thru food services say is "no I'msorry, we don't have milk shakes in bigger sizes!"! Why not, shakes are one size fits all here?". Read more
Their favorite thing is asking what sauce you want then giving every sauce but the sauce you want. Ive been 5 times now, every... time Ive ordered and paid for a large drink I get a medium drink and attitude if I tell them I ordered a large drink and showthem the receipt. You wanted sour cream on your food? Itll either be in a big gloop in the last bite of your food or none atall- you?ll surely pay the additional dollar per item you want sour cream on though. Just dont understand why a fast foodemployee would go out of their way to charge a customer for stuff they wont give. A Del Taco drive-thru that actually gives you a receipt! This is a rarity nowadays. The gentleman who took our order was... friendly and kind, AND knew the proper way to wear his headset (making it very easy to understand him, not muffled the way it isat other locations).
