subway is one of my favorite go to sand which fast food places !
I ordered 2 orders and only one was correct and the other one was completely off, it wasn't toasted like I asked for and I payed... extra for it. I went in yesterday April 30 th. at 2 pm to buy 3 sandwiches at this particular location on El Toro and Serrano in Lake Forest... ,CA 92630. The order was handled by one of the employees who actually started to put the Tuna on a foot long Sandwich. I noticedshe was not wearing a mask , So I immediately told her Wait! !! you?re Not wearing a mask before making the sandwiches? Shelooked up at me with no answer! I come in at 1130am and it?s pretty dead. And the ladies welcomed us in :). It started picking up and these 2 ladies always... welcomed every customer in . They have some the BEST customer service I have received . They were quick and always had a smileon their faces . The store was very clean and chips were organized .
