I grew up loving Papa Murphy's but the quality of the ingredients has diminished noticeably, the cheese is more sparse, I no... longer enjoy the pineapple on your Hawaiian pizzas, and the crust has a different texture. I think the quality of service hasdiminished as well, it's disappointing when I order ahead and arrive at their estimated ready time to repeatedly have tocontinue to wait when I get there. I typically avoid the busiest times so it's odd that they can't have a pizza ready in 20-30minutes despite not even having to cook it. To be fair though, the employees are always very friendly and I can understand thatthe youthful people they employ can get easily distracted. I mostly just want a step-up in ingredients, thank you. Had an absolutely terrible experience here on only my first visit. The pizza was extremely expensive, the cheesy bread they gave... me was 2 days expired and there water barely any toppings on the pizza at all. Plus, the ?crustless pizza? we got was $22 andeven with extra chicken barely even covered the bottom of the small container it came in. Never going back. We absolutely gothustled by this place.
