We stopped at this particular location after spending a whole day, for the Culinary Expo, at Lake Geneva Resort. Michelle, was... our cashier and was amazing. She was so sweet to one of my students who couldn't find their money. She was patient and neveronce made us feel rushed (there were 8 of us and we were all separate orders). In the end, when I offered to pay for mystudent's drink, she said, "don't worry we got it." This meant a lot to my student as well as myself. This Starbucks needs to work on their speed of service. I often stop here on my way to school, but will not stop there any... longer. Have always waited 20+ minutes in line, with only 3 cars in front of me. Not to mention, the l time I was there thelady at the window ALREADY had my order ready but purposely waited to hand me my drink, so she can kill time on making the onesbehind mine.
