Walked in to get some food.... no one in the front counter or register. I waited about 6 minutes before walking out. Just 2... people in the back making food. They saw me but ignored me. Great business they are running. Another couple left too. Avoidthis place, it's a joke. Read more
Go to the one in Crystal Lake on NW Highway, just gave this one another try after 4 months of not stopping there. Microwaved... mozzarella sticks, cold beef sandwiches and fries that taste and feel an hour old sitting in a warmer. Last 4 times there in thelast year has been the same. I eat in my car in the lot too!! Nothing wrong with having kids working there as long as they?retrained to make food properly. May as well have lit $25 on fire, trash food. The staff @ this arbys is very rude was still ordering when they said the total and for me too pull forward. Got my order... basically thrown at me. Told the girl I still needed more items she had a bit of an attitude so if just took what is had alreadyordered and went somewhere else for the rest..i understand that places are very short staffed and people are working crazy hoursbut don't get rude and have attitudes towards the customers unless they have one first. I work with customers all day 6 too 7days a week due to staffing issues. You just have to be nice or your get your company bad reviews.. I Dont usually right badones unless their bad. We wanted to try the gyros and fish pieces. They ran out of pita Bread so used a roll up for gyros which was very good and less... Bread. The fish was excellent. Light breading, not greasy and tasted great. We plan to go there today. Read more
