I wuz out late (3;30am) working far out in the northWestern suburbs.. Hungry & tire.! The nearest place that wuz open wuz Thiz... Taco Bell.! Got there 20min b4 they closed.. Lately with my job, getting off work at 11pm, I either have to to go home and make myself something to eat or stop here because... nothing else is open. I'll say first that I feel for the people working there as they are probably understaffed and over workedand sometimes that place is just packed with cars wrapping around the whole parking lot and extending out of it for the drivethru, while also having a decent number of people inside. I would never fault anyone for not performing their job 100% underthese conditions. The only complaint I have, is that when I place a mobile order from work 20 minutes before getting there, myorder isn't even noticed or started even if I show up at a very slow time to find an empty restaurant. I sit down by thecounter with my phone, and wait about five minutes until a worker asks me who I am. I tell them I have a mobile order under myname, and he looks over at his screens and then 5 to 10 minutes later they start my order. I usually end up waiting about 20minutes at the restaurant, making it about 40 minutes total since I've ordered. Again, even when I catch them at the slowest oftimes. I thought the whole point of ordering ahead was to have your food ready to pickup when you get there. And the app evenchanges status from "order received" to "working on your order" a minute or two later. So why is it everytime I get there 20minutes later, my order has not even been seen yet? They always find it without me having to tell them what I ordered afterthey ask me. So why are they waiting for me to come in? Read more

We've been here a lot as it's a convenient location for us. There is literally one employee there that's nice. The rest are... rude. And service is so slow for being "fast food" today we placed an order online and they couldn't find it. We literally hadto give them our phone so they could find our order. And after the long wait and all the bs, this what my Crunchwrap lookslike?!? We keep trying this location again but they are just so slow. There was no line. No cats in the drive thru.
