Paid for extra meat. Got less than a regular serving at any of the others I've been to. Guess there is a charge for refills now?... Crazy since I just had Charlie's last week in Houston and didn't get charged and had meat falling out of the sandwich there wasso much. Worst Charley's experience I've ever had. Ordered 2 chicken teriyaki phillys with extra chicken and extra teriyaki. Didn't have... extra anything, actually had almost no sauce. Had to go back to get sauce put on it. Buns weren't toasted and fries were soggyfrom not being cooked long enough. Went to get a refill, and they stated it would be half price for a refill. Have never beencharged before from any of the other Charley's I've visited. Extremely disappointed. The price to product ratio is not on parwith every other Charley's that I've been to, and I've been to probably 50 of them. Read more
