I just visited this location today 9/4/22 at 9:24am. My order number was # 3972. My receipt displays that Jose took our order... and honestly that was the worst Dunkin? experience I have ever had. We were informed that the store was out of almost everyoption we tried to order because the truck was coming tomorrow and thats ok but the impolite attitude that we were given by theperson was horrendous. I worked for Dunkin? before so I understand that some days might be tough but it is rude and completelyunpleasant to hear your crew member blatantly shout, while on the speaker, to his co-worker ?can you take this order because I?mtired of telling these people we?re out of stuff?. Then on top of it all our 2 large ice lattes only had 1 pump of the swirleach, as per the label, instead of the regular 4. This ill-mannered experience turned our whole Sunday morning sour. Read more

EXTREMELY rude staff. Asked them to fix my coffee because it didn?t seem right and they were making nasty faces and snarky... little comments under their breath the whole time. This place is a joke. I just went through the drive through this morning, placed an order for a breakfast sandwich and a large... coffee. When I got to the window, I was asked "What are you waiting on?" I replied "my order." The person at the window wasn'treally sure what was going on so she asked me if I had paid yet, and I hadn't so I gave my card and paid. At that point shestopped talking completely, no more words after that... It was really strange and rude. I also wasn't given a receipt, thecoffee was wrong, and the sandwich was wrong. There was absolutely nothing else that could have possibly been screwed up in thisvisit. I was there 2 months ago, and I was told "we're not serving food right now," so I left. If you're not serving food rightnow, why are you open? I'll try it again in maybe a year.
