Wanted to stop in for a quick meal to take home which is what we got. Good service and fast. When we got home the sandwiches... were wrong. Our first sandwich had tomatoes and no Mayo. The second was supposed to have spicy peppers and sauce which it didnot. They weren?t bad sandwiches just wish we had everything that was ordered. Read more
I'm sure the owner of this franchise will be happy to know that their manager is rude, unaccommodating and lacks any resemblance... of customer service skills. On more than one occasion our company (located here in Lake Mills) has attempted to order a fewsandwiches/box of subs for a company luncheon and we've been flat out denied service. Understandable that they've been largerorders, but it's hard to fathom a business not wanting to make a sale (& many potential future sales). As a result we no longerorder from Jimmy Johns for any company luncheons, customer visits etc. Subway has been more than accommodating for theserequests. Nothing blatantly bad that I've experienced. They make quite a few mistakes though. They don't give receipts, unless you ask... for it, twice. "Can I have a receipt, please?" "They'll give it to you at the end." (get sub, but no receipt) "Can I get areceipt, please?" "Hey guys, can I get that receipt for this order?" (hands receipt) "Can I add pickles and hot peppers tothat, please?" "Sure" (proceed to get home and find no pickles or peppers on sub, ugh.) The people working form a clique andseem like friends, which is fine, except when it seems like there's some info that you're not privy to.
