Seen this place after watching a YouTube series called the Coney Bros and they seemed to like it so I had to go give it a try.... Enjoyed the Coney and also tried the Mozzarella sticks. They Mozzarella sticks were my favorite and will definitely stop byagain when I'm in the area!! Read more
If you order a double scoop of ice cream make sure it's the same flavor because if it's not they will charge you for two single... scoops. Which ends up costing the customer more. When I explained this to the (I'm assuming owner) she was very rude saying"first and foremost, that's not how this works and you can't do that." My suggestion to the business is to put this on your menuthat your double scoop can only be one flavor as this is the first time I have ever heard this at any place that sells icecream. It is misleading and comes off as pretty scammy. This could have been corrected by acknowledging the misunderstanding andnot being rude, truly it is the rudeness that got me. For their couple bucks extra that they made in this order, they have losta repeat customer instead. *also my food is completely cold. I had less than a mile drive. Read more

Today was by far one of my WORST EXPERIENCES HERE. I purchased a order of chilli fries & a coke. Three bites into the fries I... found a piece of hair wrapped into the chilli. I immediately stopped eating and returned the order. The hair wasn?t the worstthing the attitude of the staff member was TERRIBLE. I said hey I?m not sure what?s going on but I have hair in my food. Hisresponse was it?s just something that just happens ????. WRONG RESPONSE a piece of hair 3-4 inches doesn?t just happen. The moreappropriate response would?ve been I apologize for the inconvenience here?s a refund. This location definitely needs a refreshercourse on customer service.
