Got a $15 burrito. That's just a stock burrito ($10) with chicken (+$5). It's loaded up with uncooked vegetables, rice, and... meat. It's not Mexican so there's no salsa, beans, or Mexican seasoning. Mine was supposed to have a curry sauce, which it did,but they used it sparingly. There's one culture I can think of that has been consistently vegetarian and that's India. Theyknow you can't just have a pile of vegetables plain. They cover them in spices and seasoning. Freshii has missed this by a mileand delivered the equivalent of an undressed salad with unseasoned chicken. Even the raw onions were bland. How does that evenhappen? Seasoning! We need flavor and Freshii does not deliver it in their burritos. Read more

If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. We tried calling on our way to order ahead and nobody answered. This was not... a big deal, as we figured they were busy. I walk inside and a young girl walks up to the register as she is removing herHEADPHONES from her ears. I made the comment?I?m not sure if something is wrong with your phones, but I tried calling a coupletimes and nobody answered?. She obviously didn?t hear it ringing with her headphones on.. We ordered anyway and took our foodback to our hotel which was about 10 minutes away. The food was cold, the rice wasn?t cooked. The cheese was not the slightestbit melted, and the beans were clumped in one area of the burrito. I called the store manager the following morning andexplained my situation. She told me if I was willing to drive down to the store she would issue a refund for my meal. Eventhough we were on vacation, I agreed to do so. I got to the store and the supervisor told me she talked to her manager who saidshe could not refund my meal, but could offer a food voucher card. She said it is the same as a gift card and I could use it atany location at a later date for the credit of my meal. I agreed that would be okay even though I was expecting to be refunded.She handed me the card that boldly states ?valid for one menu item?. I take the voucher back in and point it out. I asked if shecould give me three more to compensate the meal. She did not have any and refused to apply the credit on a gift card. She had tocall her manager again to see what to do next. After watching her shuffle food around and help customers after me, never oncegot on the phone, I went back inside. She told me she talked to her manager and there is nothing she can do. She recommended Icome back on Monday or call in. I informed her again I was on vacation and would be leaving Sunday.
