I?ve always been a fan of the fresh pasta at Grassa but I can now say I?m in love after having their new menu item - Corn... Agnolotti. The sweet corn and green salsa inside the pasta is surprisingly delicious and the shredded pork shoulder on top isfresh and high quality just like the meat on their other dishes. Everything on their menu until now has been Italian themed butthis new dish tastes like it belongs in a fancy Mexican / American place. Highly recommend! Read more

I thought it was pretty good and I?d like to try some other pastas. This time I tried Carbonara. I like the fried egg on top,... sauce was light and creamy for a dish that can be heavy, pork was a bit over cooked, and I?m personally not a fan of fatnoodles. Reminds me more of udon rather than spaghetti. Update 2:had the pesto pasta this time. It was really good, if you likegarlic. Lots of sauce and spaghetti had perfect al dente finish. Update 3: had the pork belly mac and cheese. Very rich andcreamy sauce. Loved the big pasta shells that were filled with the cheese sauce. Pork belly was crispy outside with super softinterior. Said it jalapeños and I saw green things in dish, but I couldn?t taste anything jalapeño and absolutely no hint ofspiciness. Update 4: spaghetti aglio e olio. Simple dish with wonderful garlic and chili flake flavor. Total comfort pasta Read more

The cashier was friendly and nice. The sound system and music selection were horrible. The atmosphere was industrial and... unwelcoming. The tables were dirty. I had to clean the table myself. There were no dessert options. I ordered the rigatoni. There were a lot of pork pieces. The gravy was tasty. The rigatoni was overcooked. I will not go back. It's more of a take outplace. The interior is like Chipotle. They don't want you to stay. My companion loved the beer and my rigatoni dish. He agreedthat the music was too loud. Read more

We have gone to Grassa before, but never has it been this good! When we went in the restaurant, there was great service. Within... 5 minutes of ordering, we received our Caesar salad. After another five minutes, our food arrived at our table. Our garlic breadwas garlicky, our Mac and cheese was cheesy, and our carbonara had the perfect balance of pancetta, egg, and pasta. While wewere eating, a steady stream of other customers arrived, and they were also served quickly. We are now full and contented, andwould fully recommend Grassa to anybody that likes pasta and quality food. 5/5 stars, would drive 2 hours just to go here again. Read more
