French fries were cold. My hubby is not a complainer so he wouldn't take them back to the counter.
Ordered through the automated kiosk, was instructed to take a table service marker and sit. They kept calling an order 5 times... before calling my order number. Turns out I didn't pickup Because the order was wrong. Said I was sorry, the machine statedtable service. "Nope" is all the manager had to answer. A simple note or removing the table markers is all it would havetaken... Read more
