This place can not stay in business if they keep running things the way they do. I attempted to order online and saw it was... going to be at least 45 minutes before I could pick up my order. I decided to just stop in on my way home instead, and when Iwalked in there were two teenagers behind the counter chatting with their friend and three half-made sandwiches just sitting outon the counter. One of the workers asked me what I wanted to order while lifting his shirt and scratching his bare stomach justabove his boxer elastic. Then he turned around to grab gloves without washing his hands. Fortunately(?) the other worker tookover my order. He made the first two sandwiches (kids meals) and I had to repeat myself multiple times because more of theirfriends had come in to hang out. I informed him I needed two more sandwiches and he just ignored me and started finishing thesandwiches that were laying out on the counter for an online order. By this point I was over it, so I just decided to get thekids sandwiches and leave. I paid for the kids meals that were supposed to come with cookies and water bottles, but when theydidn?t have those, I was offered a cup of water in return. You have to do better. Subs were made incorrectly again. Items missing (bags of chips) from the order again and nothing is... marked (again). What is the purpose of putting everything in the app if you won't follow through? Seriously. Started tippingyou guys for putting together our pick up orders at 20% The number of mistakes with each succesive order makes it reallydifficult for me to justify giving you even $5.
