We've been to the Lake Stevens Mod pizza about 4 times in the last 6 months. We keep hoping it will be like Blaze pizza (a... similar national chain). Mod crust is often soggy and quality is irregular. Tonight they quoted a 17 minute wait time for ouron line order. They were actually having a fund raiser and the wait time was actual closer to 75 minutes. Since we prepaid online we were stuck. Pizza was cold and soggy when we got it home. 50% chance your pizza will be good on any given visit. Read more
Really nowhere else you can get a pizza made exactly like you want it for the price they charge. But not only that, I cannot... think of any place that has the ingredients they have available. Nice people great food. Read more
Although my experience at Mod was not great because of my order missing multiple toppings (didn?t notice until I got home... because I have not had issues in the past and didn?t feel the need to check), the manager quickly fixed my issue with noquestions by giving us a refund and even offered to remake the pizza if we wanted to return to pick them up. I appreciate theirwillingness to make things right and for being apologetic. Despite the missing toppings the pizza was still good and will orderfrom them again! Read more
