Waited for over 30 minutes from the time my mobile order was placed until the time I got my food. I was waiting inside for a... while before I was acknowledged by anyone. I understand being swamped, but the reason I ordered mobile was to get in and outfaster than those who order at the counter. My food did hit the spot though, thus the 2 stars. I don?t normally leave bad reviews but for this, I had to share my experience. I got a vegetarian burrito bowl and it made me... sick. I didn?t even eat half of it because it had zero seasoning and just tasted so bad. I?ve never experienced such a terribleQdoba. On top of that, the staff had me waiting before I was helped when the restaurant was empty. When I asked the personhelping me how his day was going he said ?eh? it could be better.? It was incredibly awkward and I did not know how to reply. Iwas planning on dining in but the environment felt uncomfortable so I left. I will not be going to this location again. Read more
Dirtiest restaurant I?ve ever seen. No straws, or utensils out, half the soda flavors are out. No ice from the soda machine so... they went to the back to get ice for my drink. Used to be good here.. I don?t know what happened. I got a bowl and the rice was undercooked and crunchy, the lettuce was... wilted, chicken was so chewy? 15minutes later I ran straight to the bathroom? My stomach has never been this upset before. Whata shame. Read more
